TICKET DELIVERY:

You will receive an email with a link to your Tickets, you can then choose to

• print your tickets

• save the pdf to retrieve on the day

• present them on your smartphone  

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• No Photography or Recording of the performance
• No refunds on tickets purchased
• No Smoking on school grounds at any time.
• Only food and beverages purchased at the GWPAC Bar are permitted within the auditorium

REMINDER EMAIL
A reminder email will be sent 3 days prior to the event from Eticks with the link to view your tickets.

ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT
have your tickets ready for scanning : -

Open the email click the ticket link or retrieve your saved pdf of the ticket to have the barcode ready to scan. or 
have your printed ticket out ready to be scanned, this allows for faster entry on the day
