If your event is private and not open to the public for bookings you will need to to get access to special booking link that woud have been provided by the Event Organiser.
Alot of schools are private events only open to families and staff to book.
If you have misplaced or dont have the specific booking link you can do the following:
1. Contact the Event Organiser of the event and ask for the link
2. Ask our friendly Eticks staff for the link ther via the online Chat or by callings us
3. Our Call Centre Staff can also take the booking for the event with you over the phone.
