How will I receive my tickets?

There are 2 ways in which an Event Organiser can select to how their customers can receive their tickets. When you are at the checkout the options will be displayed.

1. Print your tickets at home - A confirmation email will be sent to you after booking, where in the last line of the email will be a link where you can view and Print your tickets. OR you can open your email of the tickets on a Smart phone or tablet and have your tickets scanned at the concert directly from you device.

2. Tickets by post' hard copy tickets will be sent via express post. There is an additional fee of $7.00 for this service per order not per ticket. This is next business day delivery of your tickets if purchased before 4pm for most areas. Rural and more romote areas may take longer as per Australia Post.

LOST TICKETS
If you have misplaced your tickets you can have your tickets re emailed to you by clicking here and entering the email address you booked with and they will be resent to your inbox. If they dont arrive also check your spam or junk folder.
