What happens if the Event is rescheduled?

If the event organisers reschedule the date, Eticks staff will contact you either by email or phone as soon as we have been notified. If the new date is not suitable a refund less transaction/handling/booking fees will be offered.

What happens if the Event is cancelled?

If the event organizers cancel and no rescheduled date is on offer a refund less transaction/handling/booking fees will be issued, Eticks staff will contact you either by email or phone as soon as we have been notified that the event is cancelled. Refunds will be issued within 7 - 10 business days.
