I can't find my Tickets?

We have a couple of ways to recover your tickets..

1. Click here www.eticks.com.au/recover-tickets to have your tickets emailed to you.

2. Two (2) days before your event date we will send you a reminder email with a link to your tickets.

3. At anytime you can log into your account and view your order history and print your tickets. You can also save the .pdf of your tickets to your phone or computer for future reference.

Can I refund or exchange my tickets if I change my mind, or if the performance date is no longer suitable?

Refunds are not available unless the performance is cancelled or if permitted in accordance with the LPA Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment Events in Australia. Exchanges are only permitted under specific circumstances. For more information on refunds and exchanges, please see our Ticketing Terms and Conditions.

If your event is an all-weather event No refunds will be made should you choose not to attend due to inclement weather.

There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you are or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the Event.

How do I update my details?

Login to your account and click on “edit details”

I can't remember my password.

FROM A MOBILE/IPAD
On your mobile click the menu bars at the top left hand side
Click 'MY ACCOUNT'
Next Select 'LOG IN' from the pull down menu
Next click 'Forgotten my password
Next enter your email address and we will send an email straight away to reset your password.

FROM DESKTOP COMPUTER
Top right Hand corner is MY ACCOUNT Click the menu bars at the top left hand side
Next Click 'LOG IN'
Next click 'Forgotten my password
Next enter your email address and we will send an email straight away to reset your password.

Can I complete my purchase without supplying my personal details?


All bookings made online and over the phone require you to register your contact details (name, address, phone number, email) during your purchase. This is so we can let you know of any important information about the performance you're attending and also quickly and easily assist you with any enquiries you may have about your purchase. 

Are food & drink allowed in Auditorium

 ‘Only food and beverages purchased at the GWPAC Bar are permitted within the auditorium’

Complaints!

1. We aim to provide a high level of service when dealing with our call centre or concert staff if you feel you have been treated unfairly please email your complaint to THE MANAGER at info@eticks.com.au so we can try and resolve your complaint.
