COVID-19 Safe Plan

COVID safe venues

We have developed our COVID Safe Plan to maximise the safety of everyone that will be attending our concerts. The pandemic has required us to revisit how we operate at all of our venues to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. This may mean things look a little different, but we are dedicated to delivering the safest possible customer experience while still bringing you outstanding performances.

If you are coming to one of our shows, we ask that you review the below information to keep you and others safe.

· If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.

Please do not attend the concert if you or anyone in your booking is unwell, have recently returned from an identified hotspot or have been advised to isolate by DHHS. Please stay home if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, are in isolation as a result of a COVID-19 diagnosis, are awaiting COVID-19 test results, have returned from overseas in the previous 14 days prior to the concert or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

· Arrive early and wear your mask (if required)

Check your ticket for your door and/or seat numbers so you can make your way directly to your seat upon arrival. You are required to wear your mask for the duration of your visit, including during the performance, unless you have a lawful reason not to do so. You will also be asked to check-in by scanning a QR code upon arrival to the venue.

· Undertake good hand and respiratory hygiene.

You can play a part in maintaining a COVID safe venue. Make use of the hand sanitiser stations that will be available throughout the venue, wash your hands thoroughly and frequently and sneeze or cough into your elbow.

· Practice good physical distancing.

Where it’s practical to do so, please ensure that you keep your distance when queuing and moving throughout the venues, including in the foyers and while entering / exiting the venue.

If your question hasn’t been answered here or you have any additional queries or concerns, you can call us on 1300 115 117

In The Auditorium

You must remain in your allocated seat for the duration of the performance and note that you may be seated next to another booking and a mask is need to be worn.

· We aim to provide a COVID Safe Venue.

Our comprehensive COVID Safe Plan includes control measures such as full venue cleaning before and after every performance, frequent and intensive cleaning of common high-traffic touch points (such as handrails, door handles, toilets, seat backs/armrests, and service counters) and additional training for our staff including the incorporation of COVID Marshalls.

We are closely following all Victorian Government health guidelines and will continue to update our procedures when necessary.
